I’m Grace, mum to two boys and the creator behind Grace Makes That. No surprise there, the name is literal. No clever backstory, just me making things that matter.

Grace Makes That is a place for thoughtful gifts, creative keepsakes and simple ideas that help families create meaningful moments together.

I’m a sentimental gift-giver who loves those moments when someone opens a present and you can tell it really means something. The kind of gift that brings a smile, or even a happy tear. That love for thoughtful, meaningful gifting is what led me to create my first brand, The Sentimental Charm Co., and it continues to run through everything I make today.

Almost all of my favourite moments as a mum centre around creativity and time spent with my children. You know those (usually short lived) moments that make you think you’re doing a pretty good job as a parent. Nothing messy or complicated, just simple ideas that create space to watch them try something new, share quieter moments, and enjoy small, playful challenges. These are the moments that matter most to me, and they’re often what I share over on social media.

I love helping my children create handmade gifts they can proudly give to the people they love, whether for birthdays, Christmas or just because. That might be turning their drawings into keepsakes, or working on a gift project together.
